Homes is novel concept, was established in 2003 by Robert Humble and Joel Egan
as a result of research of the utilization of off-site fabrication. This has
changed conventional housing with carrying lot of advantages than conventional
housing. Hybrid Homes is truly an eco-friendly solution, which has used cargo
containers and pre-engineered steel building components that can be assembled
together at the site. This concept maximizes the efficiency, whether that is in

bungalows, villas and other value added accommodation facilities. The houses
have been made up to the ISO standards and can be delivered to the client
within 3-8 weeks depending on the design, because of the using the method of
prefabrication. These houses can be made in built in even less than 5 perches

years but there is a limitation can be built up to the maximum 6 floors.
